Provided as-is

Stubfold is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may lose data, misparse a booking, or be unavailable. Double-check anything that matters — confirmation codes, times, and amounts — against the original email. Stubfold is a planning tool, not a travel agent: it does not book, hold, or guarantee any reservation.

Stubfold Pro subscriptions

The core of Stubfold is free. Stubfold Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription — $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year (prices in USD; other currencies and local taxes are set by the store). New subscribers get a one-month free trial; if you cancel before it ends, you are not charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours of that point. Manage or cancel any time — for purchases made in the iOS app, in your Apple ID subscription settings; for purchases made on the web, in the billing portal linked from Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own policy; Stubfold cannot issue them. If prices change, the new price applies only after the current period and only with notice and your consent where the store requires it. Cancelling leaves your account intact — you drop back to the free tier and keep every trip, booking, and attachment.

Your content stays yours

You own everything you put into Stubfold. You give Stubfold permission to store and process it only as far as needed to run the service (see Privacy), and you can delete all of it yourself at any time.

Stubfold never moves money

Cost splits and balances are bookkeeping only. Settle-up links open your own payment apps — any actual payment happens there, under that provider's terms, between you and the other person.

Don't abuse it

Don't use the email pipeline to send spam, forward other people's mail without their knowledge, probe the service, or otherwise be a nuisance. Accounts that abuse the service can be suspended or removed.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data immediately. Stubfold may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, and may discontinue the service with reasonable notice — if that happens while you hold a paid subscription, the unused portion is refunded.

Age

Stubfold is for people 13 and over, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian has to agree to these terms for you.

The boring part

To the extent the law allows, Stubfold's total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and it is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including a missed flight, booking, or payment. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the operator's residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stand.
